My son has requested I write books like the Beast Quest series, but instead of a setting called Avantia, it should be called Nexis. Monsters are tomkeep showing up through a magic portal or gate, and they must be defeated by a boy named Bly.
So we'll just add that to the pile of projects...

That sounds like a fine plan. You do realise you've got to cut him in on the royalties. 10% sounds fair.
I'll just keep him supplied with that chocolate cereal he likes, and all will be well. For a while.
